Call for partners; Action 1.1. Youth Exchange "Rebel Theory"
A group of young volunteers (16-19 years old) from the Jan Karski
International Institute for Dialogue and Tolerance in Ruda Śląska is
searching for partners for a youth exchange project.
Topics of the exchange:
- modern dance (hip-hop, jazz, locking&popping),
- art (classical drawing, scetching, manga, graffiti),
- youth culture (rebel culture, street culture),
- intercultural learning.
Target groups:
- young people aged between 16-21,
- interested in the topic of the project,
- coming from Youth in Action Programme Countries,
- informal groups are advised to apply via an NGO or other institution.
Group size:
- the exchange is planned for a group of 20-25 participants.
The exchange is planned for the summer 2010 in Upper Silesia in Poland.
Organizations and groups interested in participating in the project should
send the completed (with original signature and if required stamp, best in
PDF scan) PART III to the email address projects@karski-institute.org or
by fax to the number 0048 32 342 36 00 by the 22nd of January 2010.
The applications should also include information about the estimated
travel costs of a 4-5 participants group + leader to the city of Katowice.
