O asociatie din Slovenia este in cautare de parteneri pentru un proiect in
cadrul programului "Europa pentru Cetateni" (Actiunea 1, Masura 2.2 -
Masuri de sprijin"). Proiectul urmeaza a fi depus la termenul limita 1
iunie 2010.

The Association for the Development and Protection of GEOSS is
interdisciplinary and operates on three levels: it contributes to the
development and greater recognition of the wider area of Vače and Slivna,
at the regional level it performs the function of a support system for
NGOs, and at the national level it acts as a cultural focal point for
national identity, and is also the keeper of the wider GEOSS area.
In early 2009 the Association established a regional hub for NGOs and
assumed the role of a supportive environment for associations, private
institutes and foundations in the Central Slovenia region. The project,
named "Heart Connects Me", is co-financed by the European Social Fund and
the Republic of Slovenia and coordinated by the Ministry of Public
Administration.
As a regional hub, the Association contributed to the creation of a
handbook/guidebook for local authorities on cooperation with NGOs. It
presents benefits of good mutual cooperation for both NGOs and local
authorities, its importance and ways in which it can be implemented.
The Association is looking for partnership with small municipalities or
institutions similar to the regional hub for NGOs, to continue activities
necessary for the enforcement of the guidebook in local communities. We
wish to apply our project within Action 1, Measure 2.2 Support measures on
1st of June 2010.
