O organizatie din Turcia este in cautare de parteneri (4) pentru un
proiect multilateral de schimburi de tineri (Actiunea 1.1) cu titlul
"Discover Yourself". Schimbul se va derula in perioada 15-22 iunie 2011,
in Cappadocia, Turcia. Fiecare organizatie partenera va fi reprezentata de
un grup format din 4 participanti (14-22 ani) si un lider (fara limita de
varsta).

Summary:
A decision made without knowledge and experience turns one's life into
an unbearable situation. Then what if that decision is about your
profession ? At our childhood we always dream about our job in the future
but with the time everything changes . Environment and family play an
important role on choosing jobs. The jobs that the youngs choose before
they understand their skills and abilities will probably lead to
unhappiness and failure . With this Project , we aim to prevent the bad
outcomes of choosing a job before being aware of one's own capabilities.
The Project is for youngs beetwen 14-22 ages and 5 countries will be
included . 4 youngs and 1 leader will attend the Project from each
country.During the Project the youngs will be able to choose the right
proffession considering their skills and abilities. They will see what
they like and dont by the help of indoor training and various activities.
At the same time the Project will help the youngs to learn about different
cultures and expand their knowledge and experience .
