O organizatie din Spania va organiza in perioada 17-22 iunie 2013, in
Madrid, un seminar (Actiunea 4.3) intitulat "EVS gave me a JOB!".
Seminarul se adreseaza fostilor voluntari SEV care, gratie experientei
dobandite in cadrul stagiului, si-au gasit - la intoarcere - un loc de
munca.

Dear partners,
"EVS gave me a JOB!" is a 5 days 4.3 YiA - Seminar for 25 exEVS
participants, which aims to get deeper in the relation between European
Voluntary Service and the labour market, recognition, employability… and
to create tools to increase the quality of the learning process of the
participants in EVS projects of the YiA programme.

In this Seminar, the participants will:
- Share their own experience about employability after the EVS.
- Improve the tools for the reflection process for next participants
in the EVS.
- Reflect about the recognition of the learning they lived inside
their EVS projects.
A very important point of this seminar is that the team of trainers has
big experience in the evaluation and mentoring of EVS projects. And the
organization of the seminar has a lot of experience as hosting and sending
EVS organization.
Participant Profile:
People that made the EVS in the previous years, who got a job after their
EVS Project thanks to their EVS experience.
- Who are able to communicate and work in English (which will be the
working language for the whole seminar)
- Who are able to attend the full seminar
- Who wish to learn and reflect with and from the others.
